Well-established Tulsa, OK road contractor hiring a Shop Supervisor / Lead Diesel & Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
MAIN DUTIES:
Supervise and direct the work of 3-4 Shop personnel, providing training when needed
Diagnose, manage and direct repairs
Prioritize repairs and maintenance
Complete work orders and service records
Maintain the maintenance tracking and notification system
Maintain Shop inventory and supplies
Routine inspections and preventative maintenance
PERFORM MAJOR AND MINOR REPAIRS ON:
Heavy equipment
Heavy duty trucks (dump trucks and haul trucks)
Trailers
Construction tools and equipment
Small engines
Shop equipment
