JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and oversee operations for apartments in Tulsa, OK, ensuring that all assets are protected. The property manager will supervise all staff and activities at the sites, ensuring the properties remain safe, clean, and organized. The manager will directly supervise employees and contractors while adhering to the organization's policies and applicable laws. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; assisting residents; resolving any issues that may arise; reviewing contracts, signed documents, and lease provisions; auditing files and data making sure all systems are accurate and being followed to standards; prioritizing work orders; strategizing and marketing; tracking and maintaining reports; issuing notices; conducting meetings; ordering office supplies; inspecting properties, reporting severe issues; working with vendors; managing evictions; running and processing rent roll each month making sure all residents are paid in full; checking premises making sure all systems are in compliance; and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of three (3) years’ leasing, property management, and administrative experience
-Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Demonstrating good safety habits and strong communication skills
- Ability to interact well with a diverse range of people and work independently
-Three good references must be provided
JOB DETAILS:
- Pay: 50,000/yearly (salary)
- Shift: Monday to Friday and Saturdays as needed, on call 24/7 for emergencies
- Work Location: In person (Tulsa, OK)
- Language: English & Spanish preferred
