HEADER FITTER WELDER- $22/hr.+(Depending on Experience)

NIGHT SHIFT- 1 Position-

Proficient in blueprint reading for layout. Must be able to correctly fit and weld fabricated and forged components to assemble Header components with Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, and/or Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Process as required. Position, align, and fit components together and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding using correct welding process and procedure. Set up welding equipment for the type of material being used. Hammer wedges and drift pins. Grind rough edges, surplus weld, or scale, using portable grinder. Position and turn clamps, and bolts using hand or wrenches. Position work pieces manually or by using overhead or jib cranes. Straighten warped or bent parts with a straightening press. Proficient with a cutting torch and/or plasma cutter. Must be proficient in reading and the proper execution for measuring devices such as tape measures, squares, levels. Maintains production record of parts and jobs fabricated as required by the Department Manager.Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive

HEADER SUB ARC/LANCE OPERATORS - $19+ (depending on experience)

Night Shift – 3 Positions –

Ability to weld trunnion to end of headers and positions header using an overhead or jib crane; turn cranks or pushes buttons to align electrode on welding head over the weld joint. Ability to load reel of electrode wire onto machine and threads electrode wire from reel through feed rolls and welding head; turn welding head to set the specified angle of electrode. Fill hopper with specified flux and direct nozzle or gravity feed over weld line. Turn knobs to set current, voltage, and slope, and synchronize feed of wire and flux with speed of welding action. Ability to observe meters and gauges or observes welding action for compliance with procedures. Visually examine welds for adherence to specifications; grind welded surfaces as needed. Adjust machine setup to vary size, location, and penetration of bead; layout, fit, and tack work pieces together. Preheat work piece with hand torch or heating furnace; remove surplus slag, flux, and spatter. Ability to remove metal with carbon arc gouger to make repairs if necessary. Must be able to pass a 1g Saw Plate Sub-Arc and 2g Plate Test. 3 years’ experience required.

HEADER - BLASTER/PAINTER - $17/hr

Night Shift– 2 positions –

Abrades surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, dirt and to impart specified finish. Shovel or pours abrasives such as sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper. Select premixed paints, or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified

colors. Ability to prep product prior/ post painting. Must be able to use a power spray guy. Must pass Pulmonary Function Test

(PFT); must be fitted and able to wear respirator. Physically active & must be able to lift to 50 lbs.

STRUCTURE LOUVER FITTER WELDER - $22+ (depending on experience)

Night Shift – 1 Position

Ability to weld fabricated parts of structural metal products in shop, plan sequence of operation and meet quality standards.Obtain specified electrode and inserts electrode into portable holder or threads consumable electrode wire through portable welding gun; connect cables from welding unit to obtain amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse, as specified by Welding Engineer or Welding Technician and be able to set welding machine wire feed and read blueprints. Must pass 2g and 3g weld test. 2 years welding and fitting experience.

Operate small saw machine and iron machine for cutting and coping, notching materials. Must pass 2g and 3g weld test. Five-year structural fitting experience

recommended.

FINTUBE OPERATOR - $TBA Operator needs to have at least 5 experience running a McElroy finning

machine.

Night Shift – 2 position –

Ability to set-up and operate finning machines to wrap on or embedded fin strip material on tubes to construct fintubes by reading blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, and finning methods and sequences. Mount pans then, aligns, and secures pan in machine. Ability to calculate and sets machine controls in relationship to work piece and regulate factors such speed, feed, and coolant flow; start machine and observe and listens to machine operation to detect malfunctions. Ability to feed tubes into the machine and connect other tubes with tube connectors to continue the finning process; adjusts machine feed and speed to fin tubes according to specifications. Verify dimensions of finned tubes for conformance to specifications using gauges, calipers, and ruler. Stop machine to change setup according to required machining sequence or to measure parts for conformance to blueprint specifications; perform oil level checks

and clean machine, tooling, and parts. Perform some machine maintenance.

Mount finning strips rolls into fin strip machine using overhead crane. Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervise employees within the field service department. Directing employees’ work; setting and adjusting hours of work of employees; providing for the safety of the employees; planning the work; determining the techniques to be used; apportioning the work among the workers. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Kelvion Inc.’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Must demonstrate and exhibit professional qualities when speaking with employees, whether in a one-on-one scenario or a group setting. Responsibilities will include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - $25+ (depending on experience)- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL

Day Shift – 2 Position –

Responsible for on-site field visits to supervise the installation of equipment. Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment and perform routine repairs. Partner with customers to ensure excellent communication and service; go the extra mile to engage customers. Responsible to insure all new or modified installations of equipment have been completed to ensure full functionality according to applicable industry standards, company standards, and customer specifications. Review performance reports and documentation from customers and inspect malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine nature and scope of problem. Analyze inspection reports to determine source of problem and make recommendations for repair, replacement, or other corrective action. Coordinates problem resolutions with Field Service, Engineering, and other inter-company departments to expedite repairs. Maintains records of reports. Responsible for submitting reports to the Field Service Manager and the Quality Department. Provides recommendations to inter-company departments on recurring equipment problems noted in

the field to instigate corrective action in design, production, and/or service to eliminate future problems. Assist the Field Service Manager in providing day to day customer service to customer inquiries regarding equipment. Troubleshoots, dismantles, and reassembles machines, equipment, and their subassemblies according to customers’ needs following drawings and other written and verbal specifications; plans assembly procedures, following specifications and using knowledge gained by experience. Drills, taps, or reams holes, aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them together using hand tools or portable power tools;

installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, fan blades, bearings, and work them to test free movement; bends and installs pipe for lubricating systems. Aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears including drive motors and fan shafts alignment. Conducts preventative maintenance at customer facilities. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability

Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site. Ability to read Bill of Material, written

requisitions and/or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials needed in shop or prepared for shipment. Must be

forklift certified. Convey materials from storage or work site to designed area. Secure lifting attachments to raw

materials, mechanicals, etc. and conveys load to destination or signals crane, hoisting or forklift operators to move load

to destination. Forklift experience required.

ELECTRO/MECHANICAL QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTORS - $22/hr

Day Shift – 2 Position –

Night Shift- 2 Position-

Carries out inspection activities in accordance with established quality plans, engineering specifications and procedures in order

to verify that the product meets specified requirements. Must be able to effectively use, read and interpret a tape measure.

Performs incoming, in-process and final dimensional and visual inspection of materials and assemblies to determine compliance.

Electronically records the results to provide evidence that the product has been inspected, whether accepted or rejected. The Inspector is required to handle any nonconforming product in accordance with established work instructions and other quality system procedures. Must be able to read and interpret Engineering drawings and Customer specifications. Detail oriented and should have experience inspection mechanical and/or electrical assemblies or installations. Inspection will work closely with

Manufacturing to ensure full compliance to Engineering requirements. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually,

Purchasing Assistant - $20/hr - 23/hr

Maintain purchasing records including vendor files, NDAs, and scorecards. Assist buyers to maintain part number and vendor files in M2M. Work with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and receiving errors. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Shipping and Receiving Supervisor - $65,000 - $75,000

Responsible for work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite workflow within the Shipping and Receiving Department. Manage policy deployment in the areas of Lean Manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls and plant performance measures. Manage the activities of the department, under the direction of the Logistics Manager and follow established procedures and approved processes. Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill sales orders, and to meet delivery dates. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations. Knowledge of all manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Regularly communicate with maintenance staff about repair and maintenance needs on all equipment in the department. Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed; bring problems to the attention of the Safety Manager/Technician or HR Manager. Manage material requirements to increase inventory turns and reduce levels on hand. Provide leadership for problem resolution to facilitate fast improvements and improved working relationships. Responsible for inventory accountability and accuracy. Arranges for in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules. Arranges transportation of required materials with department supervisors for delivery to various departments. Encourage continuous idea generation from team members for continuous process improvement in cost, time, and safety. Ensure 5S (workplace organization method in the area with good housekeeping manner) is being applied on a daily basis. Follow updated schedules to meet ship dates. Monitor quality in accordance with the company ISO Quality Plan. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, and the ability to work on–site. Inventory Analyst - $70,000 - $80,000

Manages and administers data extracted from system, Investigate system data flows through complex reports, and presentations with leadership. Oversees the system planning for flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules or business priorities. Develop and document process improvements to achieve company inventory goals. Coordinates with accounting to assure inventory accuracy, costing, and physical material align within subledger to general ledger. Assist inventory risk assessment and mitigation activities. BOM material targets – monitoring inventory against planned picked production material usage. Coordinate with IT services developing system tool processes. Assess and monitor warehouse inventory transactions for accuracy. Manages and administers materials management functions, such as the planning, storage, kitting, inventory control, and distribution of materials and products to meet company objectives and customer requirements. Oversees the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules or department priorities. Responsible for inventory accountability and accuracy. Assures that maintenance of the inventory control system is accurate. Develops policies and procedures to ensure timely flow of materials and for tracking the physical inventory. Coordinates requisition of material with purchasing department and establishes delivery sequences to departments according to job order priorities and anticipated availability of material. Monitor in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules. Arranges transportation of required materials with department supervisors for delivery to various departments. Examines material delivered to the production departments to verify it is the type specified. Investigates and solves problems resulting from material shortages. Routine trouble shooting and problem solving, including finding ways of improvement for long-term solution. Encourage continuous idea generation from team members for continuous process improvement in cost, time, and safety. Quality Control Engineer - $75,000+

Advocate and educate all levels of employees . Plans and oversees activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards. Develops and implements standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields. Establish program to evaluate analytical testing equipment, facilities, precision measurements, accuracy measurements, and performance testing. Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities. Develop and implement a QMS compliant to ISO 9001:2015 resulting in certification. Maintain and audit manufacturing adherence to our quality management system. Manage root cause analysis program including 8D, 5-why, fishbone, etc. Communicate findings and establish preventative action measures with customer engagement. Develop Process Flow Maps and PFMEA to identify and evaluate potential failures of a process. Use proactive tools like PFMEA to identify quality control issues before they happen, working with the quality supervisor to implement preventive measures. Develop a robust calibration system and work with Quality personnel to maintain. Work closely with and support the Supplier Quality Engineer. Work with quality control documentation team to update visual work instructions, quality inspection checklists, and data collection points; ensure data collection is useful and actionable for preventative measures. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and job experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering. Ability to communicate with a cross-functional internal team as well as direct communication with high-value customers. A hands-on approach to problem solving and desire to collaborate directly with manufacturing labor force to implement and maintain quality procedures. Strong computer literacy to develop and maintain digital process documentation, Microsoft Office suite proficiency required. Experience implementing or maintaining ISO9001 documentation. Six Sigma Green / Black belt certification (preferred).

Quality Control Supervisor - $65,000+

Responsible for overseeing the Quality Control Department in all aspects i.e., supervisory, quality, maintenance, accountability, etc. Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties. Supervisor will be on the floor providing supervision and working with material/product 80% of time, 20% office duty. Maintain department housekeeping. Training of all quality Inspectors. Perform other related duties as directed. Create a positive team atmosphere within the department. Provide leadership by example to the departmental team. Responsibilities, as assigned by the Quality Manager, will include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Carries out inspection and test activities in accordance with established quality plans, engineering specifications, and procedures to determine the specified requirements for the product have been met. Performs dimensional and visual inspection and/or testing of materials and products to determine compliance. These records should show clearly whether the product has passed or failed in accordance with established criteria. The supervisor is required to handle any nonconforming product in accordance with established work instructions and other quality system procedures. Must be able to read and interpret Engineering drawings and Customer specifications. Must have working knowledge of all industry welding codes and standards. Working knowledge of Nondestructive Examinations, and Powder Coating. Must be able to use a variety of precision and non-precision inspection and test equipment. Inspector is expected to interface with Manufacturing and Engineering personnel and provide support, if necessary, in interpreting and defining product quality criteria. Quality Assurance Engineer - $75,000+

Advocate and educate all levels of employees quality statement. Define Test requirements and automate test procedures to help create and maintain an exception user experience. Monitors every phase of the software development process, including the design, development, testing, debugging delivery. Maintain quality standards of the software at every stage and ensure the final products meets the customer requirements. Assess the quality of specifications and technical design documents to ensure timely, relevant and meaningful feedback. Plan and implement strategies for quality management and testing. Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure product quality in the product development process. Contribute to internal root cause analysis programs including 8D, 5-why, fishbone, etc. Communicate findings and establish preventative action measures with customer engagement. Use proactive tools like DFMEA/PFMEA to identify quality control issues before they happen, working with the quality supervisors to implement preventive measures. Work with quality assurance team to evaluate efficiency and efficacy of interal process documentation and traceability forms. Assist in the creation and maintenance of all quality documentation creation and changes within the quality management system in accordance with management objectives and ISO9001. Work directly with quality management to conduct internal and external audits of our quality management system. Collaborate with our continuous improvement team to ensure quality is maintained during manufacturing efficieny improvements. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a related field. Ability to communicate with a cross-functional internal team as well as direct communication with high-value customers. A hands-on approach to problem solving and desire to collaborate directly with manufacturing labor force to implement and maintain quality procedures. Strong computer literacy to develop and maintain digital process documentation, Microsoft Office suite proficiency required. Desire to further education by earning various quality and inspection certifications as required. Experience implementing or maintaining ISO9001 documentation (preferred). Six Sigma Green / Black belt certification (preferred).

Assembly Supervisor - $75,000+

Studies, schedules and estimates time, cost, and labor estimates for products, services, and/or complete of job assignments. Requisitions material required to meet production goals. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to employees and assign duties. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules, using knowledge of capacities of machines and equipment. Examines assembled products to determine if items meet tolerance specifications. Ensures failed products are required to meet specifications. Recommends measure to improve methods, performance, and quality of product, and suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency. Analyzes and resolves work problems, and/or assists employees in solving work problems. Supervises workers who use hand tools, jigs, and various power tools and equipment. Routine trouble shooting and problem solving, including finding ways of improvement for long-term solution. Encourage continuous idea generation from team members for continuous process improvement in cost, time, and safety. Ensure 5S (workplace organization method in the area with good housekeeping manner) is being applied on a daily basis. Ensure all equipment is up to date and within the standards needed. Follow updated schedules to meet ship dates provided by management. Strong attention to detail, organization skill, and communication skill. Prioritize tasks in a self-directed and time-managed manner. Monitor quality in accordance with the company ISO Quality Plan. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, and ability to work on–site. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.
