Celebration Station is looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our team!
Celebration Station is a Family Entertainment Center that includes both indoor and outdoor activities including go-karts, bumper boats, mini-golf, batting cages, kiddie rides, arcade games, food, birthday parties, groups and more.
The ideal applicant must have excellent guest service skills, ability to conduct off site visits, and the ability to answer phones professionally and enthusiastiaclly. Previous sales experience, cold calling, event coordination are a plus. We are looking for someone to be a FUN and professional representation of our company and all we have to offer.
Duties include day to day group and party sales responsibilities, GUEST SERVICE focus, cold-call abilities, lead generation, some marketing/ advertising, ability to conduct sales presentations/ proposals, festival and local event participation, involvement with local civic organizations, church, school, and recreational centers event coordination and sales.
Position is full time with benefits.
