Be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
Have reliable transportation
Customer Service Experience is a plus, but not required
Have a smart phone capable of taking pictures and videos

Responsibilities and duties:
Door to door sales
Generate and follow-up on leads
Cold calling
Contact existing and potential referral partners to build and improve relationships
Maintain a positive image of the company
Submit and manage estimates and invoices
Communicate with business facilities managers
Minimum hygiene mandatory

Pay type:
Estimated commission $60,000 - $120,000 per year.
Commission details: 20% of the net profit of each contract for up to six months or the length of the contract, whichever comes first.
(Funds must be obtained from customers by management, checks must clear the bank before commission is paid)
This is a commission-only position (A salesperson can make up to $120K+ based on performance metrics)
