Fire Protection Company in OKC is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who has at least two years office experience. Responsibilities will include answering all incoming calls, mailing, filing, spreadsheets, collection calls, and working on various projects. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Quickbooks a plus. Looking for a team player who can work in a fast paced environment.
Pay $15.00 and up depending on experience/qualifications. Health and retirement available after 90 days.
