Description We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio, United States. The role involves various administrative tasks within the construction industry, including answering inbound calls, customer service, and data entry. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Answering inbound and outbound calls, providing information, and handling inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Delivering high-quality customer service, addressing customer needs, and resolving any issues. Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Managing email correspondence, ensuring all emails are responded to promptly and accurately. Utilizing various Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform tasks and manage information. Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Maintaining a strong knowledge of the construction industry to provide relevant and accurate information. Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the business. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Experience or willingness to learn how to manage inbound and outbound calls Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency Experience or willingness to learn how to schedule appointments effectively Strong written communication skills, particularly for email correspondence Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion Open to individuals with 0+ years of experience in a similar or relevant role Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude in a workplace setting.
