Job Overview: Part time - 24hrs / week The primary function of a CSR is to communicate with the customers, take orders and bill out invoices. This is a Part-time non-exempt position reporting to the Customer Service Department Manager. Primary Job Duties:

Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.

Handle customer billing and cash deposits.

Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.

Able to fill propane cylinders if needed.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Assist in separating and dispersing mail.

Prepare deposits on weekends.

Answer incoming calls and assist/backup the receptionist as needed.

Process driver tickets and invoicing.

Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.

Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner.

Extremely efficient and accurate with data entry, Proficient in MS applications.

Knowledge of customer services ethics, principles, and procedures.

Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures.

Strong organizational and reasoning skills.

Superb administrative writing, reporting, scheduling, organizational, time management, and presentation skills.

Versatile and willing to adapt to a situation with a customer.

Coordinate with the internal department and/or supervisor to find solutions and resolve matters.

Maintain good follow-up with customers, to ensure they are satisfied with our Company.

Ability to stand/sit for several hours in a row.

Able to handle high stress situations, frequent interruptions, and loud background noise

Good interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate professionalism; be courteous and friendly to customers and co-workers at all times.

Regular interaction with peers on-site, including face-to-face meetings and spontaneous conferences.

Regular and reliable attendance and presence at work.

Operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Perform any duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications / Experience / Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Able to pass 7-year criminal background check.
