We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Manager of Market Insights to spearhead our best-in-class Market Insights program for Nestlé Out-Of-Home. As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in driving long-term value for our business. Drawing upon your deep understanding of the industry, customers, brands, operators, and consumers, you will serve as a thought leader, providing invaluable insights to stakeholders. Your expertise will guide company strategy, tactics, and planning, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. Effectively communicating complex information will be second nature to you, as you regularly engage with colleagues at all levels of the organization, in both large and small settings. Strategy and Insight

Uses customer, category, channel, competitor, and consumer insights to influence business plans.

Analyzes syndicated and secondary data sources, translating them into actionable insights that inform situational analysis, channel and customer strategies, long-term business planning, and innovation.

Leads annual situation assessment process and category outlook over the 3-year horizon, informed by societal macro trends, category growth drivers and thought leadership.

Fosters a strong relationship with other Nestlé insights teams that drives value for the total business.

Is fluent in using sources like Circana or Technomic to drive business understanding.

Identifies growth opportunities grounded in market trends and business analytics.

Prepares and presents ad-hoc analyses, sometimes with short notice.

Publishes regular internal insights reporting.

Program Management

Develops and executes a self-serve program that enables Marketing, Sales, and other supporting teams to obtain relevant and timely insights from a resource set.

Develops and executes the Market Insights program in support of strategic priorities.

Identifies and manages relationships with data and insight resource providers, including proposing and managing investment costs.

May present at customer, business partner, or industry events from time to time.

Experience

7 years of market insights, business analytics, and/or related consulting experience in foodservice, CPG, or other relevant industry.

Advanced verbal and written communication skill, including public speaking.

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and data visualization skills.

Experience working in the Foodservice industry, preferred.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required; Bachelors in Business Administration and/or MBA preferred

Possesses business & financial acumen

Ability to travel up to 15%.
