You'll be at the forefront of assessing and developing innovative strategies for capability building and talent development, ensuring the growth and success of our team. Collaborate with HR leaders and the Functional Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team to enhance performance at all levels and drive career development across the organization.Primary Responsibilities:Capabilities:
Build & Maintain HR Capability Assessment & Development Programs
Strategically partner with functional leaders and teams to evaluate capabilities required to achieve business targets and develop solutions based on gaps
Modernize the experience of development at Nestlé, creating a culture where all employees learn, risk, share, and grow
Assess and evaluate individual and organizational development needs for the HR Function
Execute learning strategies and programs to build individual capability and performance
Develop, curate, and promote access and deployment of development resources
Ensure onboarding and achievement of foundational knowledge & skills
Gain alignment from leadership to allocate resources and budget towards relevant programs
Monitor external market best practices relating to adult learning, sales capabilities, technology advancements, etc.
Continue to evolve and develop The HR Academy
Meet with key stakeholders regularly to ensure specific support needs
Talent Management & Career Development:
Support development and understanding of Career Development framework at Nestlé
Develop and deploy programs and resources to accelerate career development
Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in Strategic Workforce Planning
Requirements & Experience:
BS/BA in Business, Learning & Development, Organization Development, HR, or a related field required
Position requires up to 10-20% travel
3 – 5 years of L&D experience (assessing, developing, and deploying capability building), or relevant/transferable functional HR experience
Proven demonstrated experience and success in curating effective learning solutions based on a combination of “build-from-scratch” and customized “off-the-shelf” content (or relevant transferable sales/category functional expertise)
Experience developing and delivering sales development capability-building programs (or relevant transferable sales/category functional expertise)
Skills:
Strong organizational and/or project management skills
Proficient in MS Office, Co-pilot, Power BI, and emerging digital technology
Expertise in conducting a needs assessment and deploying the right solution to close gaps
Solid understanding and ability to apply Organization Development Principles / Philosophies
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
Ability to adapt, customize, and deploy content and solutions curated from vendor partners and other internal L&D groups
Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams while executing a large-scale project from vision through implementation
