Coordinate internal and external resources for execution of projects
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Lead and facilitate the definition of project scopes, objectives, schedule, and technical requirements to ensure technical and fiscal feasibility
Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to facilitate the development of new products and systems using a hybrid agile process
Ensure resource availability and allocation for effective project execution
Monitor and track project deliverables to ensure successful completion of short and long-term objectives
Report and escalate issues and roadblocks to stakeholders and management as needed
Execute sprint strategy sessions using Jira reports and project assets to guide focus to critical items
Participate in development of processes and best practices
YOU HAVE:Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
Strong knowledge of hybrid project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall principles.
Proficiency in Jira® project management software and tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience in leading new product development projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
