Description:

recording and generating quotes and orders through the ERP system (SAP)

Assist with scheduling service visits for the field service engineering team

Administration of field service and office visits

Fielding customer issues with engineering team

Entering customer reports into SAP and tracking until completion with internal teams

Coordinate in-house and out-sourced repairs for customers

Track and manage spare parts via logistics

Insure quality checks are followed on all orders
