Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions is currently seeking an Office 365 Engineer for a position located in Dayton, OH.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- This position will working closely with the O365 architect and the O365 Project Manager to deliver a large scale tenant to tenant migration.
- Interfacing with the business, working the project plan, communicating often with involved members.
- Hands on Quest migration tool experience is ideal. Experience in migration of OneDrive, Teams, Skype, or similar.
- Work with implementation teams to assist them with the team’s implementations and challenges.
- Collaborate with business owners, software/hardware engineers and operations leadership to advance migration outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Utilize best practices to meet migration and business needs.
- This role will specifically support Microsoft Teams and OneDrive migrations and the Office 365 technology stack.
- The successful candidate will complement the Office 365 Architect on migration tasks while lending assistance to Office 365 Project Manager and the overall project.
- Create and maintain technical documentation on systems and procedures.
- O365 administrative experience - 4+ years
- Migration experience- preferably OneDrive, Teams, Skype, file shares, or similar technology
- Customer facing
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Associates degree in a technical field with 4+ years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Experience with Quest Migration tools
- Administrative experience with Skype and/or Microsoft Teams.
- Administrative experience with SharePoint
- Power shell scripting
