POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves managing inbound inquiries, coordinating deliveries and installations, and generating new leads through strategic outreach.
Responsibilities:
SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate storage solutions
- Provide accurate product info, pricing, and availability
- Process orders and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment
LEAD GENERATION
- Identify and contact prospective customers through cold calling and follow-ups
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and convert them to active accounts
- Stay current on industry trends and opportunities
ORDER COORDINATION
- Schedule deliveries and installations with logistics and install teams
- Follow up on orders and resolve any issues
- Ensure post-sale customer satisfaction
COLLABORATION AND REPORTING
- Work closely with the sales team to meet company goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity and pipeline status
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience (warehouse or industrial industry preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred but not required
