We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team on the first and second shift. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role requires a well-rounded skillset in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventative maintenance according to schedules, documentation, and safety guidelines.
Inspect and test machinery and equipment to diagnose issues.
Listen for irregular sounds and collaborate with supervisors or other maintenance staff to resolve equipment problems.
Dismantle defective machines, replace or repair parts, and reassemble equipment.
Clean, lubricate, and maintain moving parts, gears, bearings, and shafts.
Install and repair electrical systems, wiring, transformers, and related components (ability to read and interpret electrical prints required).
Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Repair and replace gauges, valves, regulators, and related equipment.
Perform facility maintenance, including carpentry, welding, and fabrication as needed.
Support custom production requirements and troubleshoot unique maintenance challenges.
Qualifications
2–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and building systems.
Ability to read electrical prints and follow technical instructions.
Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
Strong communication skills; able to take direction from the Supervisor and the Lead Man.
Self-directed with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Shift 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Second Shift)
