Whether you're a journeyman Tech with 10 years' experience who could use a change of scenery, or a Machinist, Welder or other manufacturing associate who's been in the industry for a few years and you're ready to advance your career, we've got you covered!

From now until the end of October, we'll be looking for reliable Level I, II & III Maintenance Techs to join our team. And to help us achieve our hiring goal, we're starting qualified candidates out at between $26-$38 per hour (depending on your level). We also have some amazing benefits of course, but best of all, once qualified you will have the option to choose which one of our 5 Columbus area manufacturers you'd like to work for, along with which shift you'd like to work! Here's how our levels work:

Level I ($26-$28/hr): Entry-Level Tech w/ 2-3 years in a Manufacturing environment as a Machine Operator, Welder/Fabricator or other hands-on position that requires a strong mechanical aptitude. Should possess a very basic understanding of mechanical drawings, solid math & measuring skills, an ability to troubleshoot & diagnose problems and a strong desire to enhance their skills & abilities.

Level II ($28-$34/hr): Intermediate-Level Tech with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience maintaining, operating, repairing and modifying the mechanical components of various systems & sub-systems typically found in a manufacturing environment. Should possess a basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other electrical components, as well as hydraulic & pneumatic systems.

Level III ($32-$38): Advanced-Level Tech with several years' experience performing complex repairs & preventative maintenance on most building systems, including plumbing & HVAC, etc. Should possess expert knowledge of blueprints, schematics and other technical drawings & manuals. Typically responsible for the daily management of lower-level techs & other production personnel.

Shift Details:

-1st: 7AM to 4PM, Monday thru Friday OR 8a-5p, Monday thru Friday

-2nd: 3PM to 11:30PM, Monday thru Friday (includes $2 per hour shift differential)

-3rd: 11PM to 7:30AM, Monday thru Friday (includes $1.50 per hour shift differential)

Requirements (All Levels):

-Valid Driver License

-Reliable Transportation

-Clean Background (7 years)

-Clean Drug Screen

-2+ years in Manufacturing

-Consistent Work History

-Solid Mechanical Aptitude

-Strong Math Skills

-Precise Measuring Skills

-Knowledge of Hand Tools
