Sr. Sales Recruiting Manager Extremely fast-growing Midwest remodeling leader seeks a dynamic, driven Sr. Sales Recruiting Manager to spreadhead its performance-focused talent acquisition efforts. With a primary eye toward filling performance-driven roles, including inside sales (call center), outside sales, field marketing (retail and shows/events), and canvass, the leader in this role must meet and exceed targeted headcount for these critical roles. Must be willing to be fully in-office and have a minimum of 5 years of proven success in full direct lifecycle recruiting for a B2C company, preferably in home improvement, home remodeling, home services, or similar industry. Position Overview: The Sr. Sales Recruiting Manager plays a pivotal role in our recruitment process, focusing specifically on high-volume sales recruitment. The leader in this role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing sales talent at levels aligned to meet the demands of business and monthly new hire training classes. Initially, this is a “doer-leader” role, and the person in this position will initially be in the front lines of recruiting while he or she builds out the department with top-performing recruiting talent. Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Generate qualified applicants using a wide variety of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and more.

Screening and Assessing Talent: Handle initial candidate screenings and assessments and evaluate how candidates fit requirements and align to key success factors for sales roles.

Collaborating: Partner closely with sales leadership, hiring managers, and HR to fully understand needed staffing levels, target candidate profiles, and develop sourcing, screening, and hiring tactics to continuously meet therequired headcount.

Analyzing: Forecast, track, and analyze recruitingmetrics and use that data to drivedecision-making, optimize sourcing and recruitingstrategies, and ensure we meet headcount goals.

Advancing: Always looking for ways to improve processes, practices, and outcomes.

Be a “Doer-Leader”: Personally screen and interview candidates during your first 90 days on the job to fully understand our needs and build the right departmental structure, hire the best team, and implement optimal technology and processes to meet our business hiring needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume sales recruitment.

Superior written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to build rapport with a wide variety of candidates.

Proven track record of success with high volume sales recruiting success, preferably recruiting in-home sales representatives, or direct sales representatives, in a one-call-close environment

Expert in understanding sales roles, requirements, responsibilities, and performance metrics.

Keen ability to work well under pressure, using it to drive performance and results.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
