The Communications Team at Chase is seeking a strategic communications professional to serve as Head of Internal Communications for Chase Home Lending.As a Head of Internal Communications on the Home Lending communications team, you will report to the Chief Communications Officer for Home Lending and Auto for Chase, and partner with senior executives, partners and peers across JPMorgan Chase. You will primarily focus on internal audiences but ensure all efforts are consistent across external communications messaging and tactics.Job Responsibilities:

Serve as strategic counsel to senior Chase executives in support of overall communications strategy and employee engagement.

Design and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with Chase Home Lending's business objectives.

Oversee a team of talented communicators, inspire performance excellence and foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Manage internal communications messages for senior leadership leveraging all channels such as emails, company intranet, newsletters, videos, and town hall presentations.

Translate complex business, market and technology messages and capture them in the executive's unique voice.

Ensure consistent messaging across all internal platforms and alignment with external communications messages and tactics.

Track the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and adjust strategies based on data.

Uphold a strong commitment to doing the right thing for our customers and employees.

Maintain a passion for protecting and enhancing the reputation of our firm.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

10+ years of experience in internal communications with a proven ability to develop and execute internal communication strategies in a corporate setting.

BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related degree.

Experience in financial services and the mortgage industry

Strong people management experience.

Superb written and verbal communications skills.

A solid command of Power Point and developing visual story-telling presentations.

Strong interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.

Versatility in executing various writing styles and voices, including journalistic and executive writing.

Speed, flexibility and adaptability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding judgment, problem-solving ability and resourcefulness.

Prior experience with JPMorgan Chase (Home Lending) is a plus
