You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping us maintain strong relationships with our clients.Responsibilities:Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.Provide product information and support related to Nexmos Design products and services.Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
