The ideal candidate will be organized, attentive to detail, and have a passion for providing excellent service.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.Assist customers with questions about products, services, and design processes.Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with the design team to address customer needs and resolve any issues.Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.Assist in administrative tasks and office management as needed.
