($25-$35/Hour)
Curb Appeal Painting is looking for a reliable carpenter that has prior experience in general carpentry, siding installation, gutters, and downspout installation. Curb Appeal is celebrating it's 20th year in business! Our services include general carpentry, roofing, siding and gutters & downspouts.
We are looking to add hard working, motivated, dynamic people to our team!
REQUIREMENTS:

Be a nice person!
HAVE INTEGRITY:
-noun: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles
Be able to read and execute work orders
Work on exterior projects
Work on your feet for extended periods of time
Climb ladders of all heights and work comfortably
Lift at least 50lbs
Previous experience in one or all of our services (General Carpentry, Roofing, Siding and Gutters & Downspout installation.
Clean driving record
Strong work ethic and ability to move with purpose
Clean and neat appearance
Conduct oneself in a workmanlike manner
Your own vehicle that is not shared during working hours with another person
Able to get to job sites mostly on the east side of Cleveland
Ability to pass background check
Available for work from 7am to 6pm depending on weather and project
Availability to work Saturday as needed
Smartphone Required
Valid Driver’s License and car insurance
