Managing the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.
Planning, developing and maintaining systems and procedures.
Acting as a liaison between department and outside communities.
Serving as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Participating in the budgetary process.

Has experience creating academic policies and procedures related to student registration, enrollment, and records.
Has experience using centralized registration system and other software applications to manage student data and ensure compliance.
Has communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, staff, and external agencies.
Has customer service and problem-solving skills to assist students with their education verification requests and resolve any issues.
Has organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Pays attention to details and works with accuracy to document and monitor student progress and issue certificates.

Develops, implements, manages and maintains operational systems and activities.
Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocates time to meet completion requirements. Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Reviews and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Associate's degree and five years of experience may substitute the Bachelors degree requirement.
Master's degree may substitute one year of experience.
Certifications:
May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation.
Complexity of Work:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem solving abilities.
Work Experience:
Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training.
Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting preferred. .
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $27.65Maximum hourly: $42.17The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
