You will work alongside dedicated caregivers, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.As an Accreditation Program Manager, you will coordinate hospital accreditation activities through the hospital, ensure continuous readiness for surveys and work with senior leadership to target interventions to improve a culture of continuous patient readiness.A caregiver in this position works Days, from 7:00am-4:00pm.A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Develop, manage, and maintain programs designed to ensure Cleveland Clinic compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, including those of: The Joint Commission (TJC), Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Act as the primary resource for staff to facilitate overall operations of programs.

Act as a consultant to departments/institutes for all aspects of TJC and other regulatory agencies.

Educate and disseminate accurate information to clinical and nonclinical departments pertaining to certifications and standard interpretations.

Participate in preparation and support of onsite survey activities.

Collaborate with all departments within the Quality and Patient Safety Institute to ensure safe high-quality care.

Develop and manage varied projects.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering or related field.

Healthcare Accreditation Certification Program (HACP) or Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) certifications will be required within 2 years of hire.

Five years of related experience with Quality Management, Risk Management/Patient Safety and Performance Improvement program or related healthcare experience.

OR Associate's degree and seven years of experience.

OR Master's degree and four years of experience.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

Ability to lift and transport up to 15 pounds.

Pay RangeMinimum hourly: $30.41Maximum hourly: $46.38The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
