The role involves monitoring stock and ordering office supplies, maintaining office organization, enforcing office protocol, and managing any arising issues. Accounting tasks such as payroll processing, handling one-time adjustments, and processing credit card transactions are also part of the duties. The Office Administrator will assist with philanthropic events, recruit interns, and support miscellaneous office events. Additionally, the role includes registering for career fairs, scheduling interviews, setting up first-day orientations for new employees and interns, and packing recruiting bags for events.Hard Skills
