This role is responsible for setting business direction for the North America All Outlet Share Application and Product Ownership for the companion AOS Product Attribution application. AOS is P&G’s proprietary system for understanding market size and market share in US and Canada. It provides the best market representation in the industry and is a competitive advantage for P&G. With the growth of Digital Commerce and other channels, AOS is becoming increasingly more important to influence and drive business strategy. Position Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs.

Provide business requirements and influence the America All Outlet Share vision and strategy to maximize value.

Manage and optimize the America All Outlet Share Attribution product backlog.

Act as a SME for AOS data and applied algebraic algorithms.

Work across multiple organizations and vendors to deliver business needs and ensure product performance.

Lead projects to integrate new data sources and/or improvements.

The Ideal Candidate

Has applied experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master within an Agile delivery environment.

Can work independently and as a team to review requirements and translate into solutions.

Has the ability to multitask and prioritize, work on multiple projects and manage time effectively.

Can produce and present technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.

Is detail-oriented and analytical in nature, with strong problem-solving skills.

Superior leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Job QualificationsRequired:

5+ years of experience working in product management or project management with a basic understanding of IT architecture.

Proven experience managing IT product strategy, Product Life Cycle, Product Communication, etc.

Knowledge on Agile/Scrum framework.

This position requires a hybrid work schedule with 3 in office days per week in Cincinnati, OH.

Preferred:

Background in data management and analytics or experience with Market Measurement data

PSPO certification from Scrum.org or equivalent.

Pay Range: $149,000 - $177,000Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
