This role is responsible for providing administrative support to a North America Senior Vice President (SVP) and their leadership team. Serves as a trusted confidante, liaison, and executive administrator for the SVP. Should be well-versed in office management, technical tools and software applications, and coordinating travel and global business meetings. Professionalism and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Primary tasks include all calendar, travel, expense reconciliation, and any other administrative tasks to effectively run the office of the SVP.Responsibilities:

Lead administrative support for the General Manager enabling leadership of the North America Feminine Care business with outstanding excellence. Operate office efficiently and with high respect and support to all colleagues. Understand the needs of the business and priorities of the manager with minimal guidance. Proactively identify ways to take activities off the GM's plate and handle tasks/follow-up items as needed.

Employee Engagement and Delighters: This includes 1) reminding and celebrating achievements for leadership team 2) Venue and logistics planning for meeting and offsites 3) Employee engagement calendar - Townhall slides, logistics, coordination with agency for virtual streaming 4) Annual event planning 5) Recognition - working with HR and leadership team on recognition drumbeat email or other ways of recognizing good work.

Leadership/Professionalism – Demonstrate personal leadership on an ongoing basis; understand the role as a liaison between General Manager and the organization. Represent the office in a partnership with the General Manager

Excellent administrative skills Highly proficient in calendar management (balance meeting requests while giving manager time to focus on priorities); travel planning (all details, including transportation, lodging, visas, ensuring all participants are included); expense reporting (filing timely expense reports with no late fees); and numerous PowerPoint presentations. Technical knowledge (PC, Phone, etc.) is also critical as the General Manager works in a digital environment.

Agility and flexibility to handle multiple priorities and responsibilities Analyze situations and work on amicable outcomes. Listen and offer advice to others. Know when to include the General Manager in decisions. Strong prioritizing skills, works independently, broad knowledge of policies and procedures. Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and without supervision.

Build Diverse, Collaborative Relationships Work across sites, geographies and organizations to get tasks accomplished in a positive way. This includes interactions on a global basis with senior leadership, direct reports, external board affiliates, and outside organizations.

Embrace Change Ability to handle basic project work to help the General Manager stay on top of important items/deadlines. Individual should be flexible to help when needed to free manager's time and improve effectiveness of the office.

Job Qualifications

2+ years of proven administrative experience, preferably at the Executive level.

Role and work is locally in Cincinnati.

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $61,500 - $83,300Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
