PURPOSE
1.1.[ ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}The purpose of this operating procedure is to establish and define the authority, accountability, reporting relationships, responsibilities, duties, and measures of performance of a Residential Service Group Billing and Dispatch Agent.
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE BILLING AND DISPATCH AGENT
2.1.[ ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}The basic function of the Billing and Dispatch Agent is to be the first point of contact for all customer calls coming in regarding commercial routine maintenance and emergency needs. The Agent interacts with customers and field technicians to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. The Agent also reconciles and completes the customer billing process.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
3.1.[ ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}The Billing and Dispatch is selected by, and reports to the Director of the Residential Service Group.
