This role is critical to our operations, providing an opportunity to engage directly with our customers and deliver exceptional service.Salary Range: $39.500 - $50.500 per year, based on experience.Key Responsibilities:Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a courteous and efficient mannerProvide accurate information to customers regarding products and servicesResolve customer complaints and issues in a timely mannerMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactionsIdentify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departmentsFollow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
