Position: Sound Curtain Installation Technician:
Like how lighting improves visibility and safety in the work environment, sound curtains enhance the workspace by reducing noise levels by 10 to 15 decibels, creating a more comfortable and productive atmosphere for workers.
Responsibilities:
· Work collaboratively with a team to install commercial lighting systems and sound curtains
· Maintain a high level of efficiency and organization on the job site
· Ensure safety protocols are always followed
· Prioritize quality of installation over quantity, ensuring meticulous attention to detail
· Plan and manage individual tasks responsibly without the need for constant follow-up
· Keep pace with the material that needs to be installed
· Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
· Prior experience in commercial lighting or sound curtain installation or a related field is preferred
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
· Good communication skills
· Ability to handle physical labor and work on your feet for extended periods
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes
· Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Additional Information:
· During the onboarding process, there will be a background check conducted by our company as well as the company for whom we are installing sound curtains.
· Our goal is to have new hires in the field and working within a short amount of time, immediately following the necessary onboarding and safety orientation meetings.
