Brighter Solutions is a family run company with family values morals and beliefs. We provide commercial lighting upgrades and installation services. We are looking for experienced lighting installers who are ready to be appreciated and treated fairly.
Job Description
Install new lighting fixtures, ballasts, lamps, lighting controls and other related products
Take personal responsibility for team and workplace safety
Work with Supervisors on procuring materials, tools and equipment needed
Recycle old lighting fixtures, ballasts and lamps
Maintain jobsite cleanliness (including attending weekly safety meetings)
Always meet job schedules, communicate issues proactively, and ensure quality of all items installed
Assisting other Field Employees as necessary
Maintain adherence to Company Policy and Handbook items
Weekly travel will be expected. All project related transportation and accommodations will be provided for along with a daily Per-Diem allotment while you are one the road.
Qualifications
Resides in the state of Ohio
(3) years Lighting Retrofit experience
Willingness to travel and work nights
Driver's license (preferred)

Must be capable to work on your feet in a quick paced environment
Must be capable to keep up with our performance evaluation
Must be capable to work on 6 -12ft ladders for 8 to10 hour shifts
Must be capable to safely lift at least 50 to 75 lbs. of lights and material
Must be capable to work on lifts ranging from 12 to 80 feet
THIS IS A TRAVELING POSITION
WILL BE REQUIRED to keep and maintain the required tools

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + $35 Per Diem
