The Quality Control Manager (QCM) is a key leader in ensuring that all quality policies and practices are consistently implemented across construction projects. This role provides technical expertise, leadership, and coordination in all areas of quality management while collaborating with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors. The QCM develops and administers quality-related policies, procedures, and initiatives to deliver compliant and exceptional results.Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enforce project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs).Work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors to meet quality goals.Conduct site visits, inspections, and constructability reviews to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and specifications.Lead the Three Phase Inspection process, including preparatory, initial, and follow-up phases.Chair and document preparatory and weekly QC meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and contract documents to ensure conformance with project requirements.Provide training and coaching to project teams to identify and mitigate quality-related risks.Maintain records of quality control activities and non-conformance logs (NCRs) and ensure timely resolutions.Act as the primary Quality Control representative, overseeing all QC functions to avoid delays and maintain schedules.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary  125000 - 160000Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Join our team and lead quality efforts to deliver outstanding construction projects!
