As a People Relations Specialist in the Netherlands, you have responsibility and accountability for the People Relations areas such as implementation of global deliveries and processes, policies, and guidelines. You secure that local laws, practices and needs are captured and catered for.  You facilitate alignment between global and local needs to achieve a common approach and delivery where needed.
 Key responsibilities: Provide legal support, secure compliance, and represent H&M Group as an employer in the local market Be responsible for the local Grievance mechanism and supporting toolsBe responsible for Work environment (physical, digital, organizational, and social work environment/psychosocial) and Wellbeing including health and safety management Act as strategic and operational support for various stakeholders at regional/sales market level, including management teamGive expert advice on People Relations and support to managers, HR, and other functions in the local market working multi-brand Responsible for negotiations with local works councils and trade unions, including collective bargaining.Implement and adapt H&M Group CoE People Relation guidelines and frameworks according to local laws and set local strategy for stakeholder engagement
