Extensive pizza making experience required. Dough making knowledge and the science behind it is required. A baker/chef would make a good fit. This is more than a pizza maker position. This would also include an equity arrangement. Profit sharing. $20 per hour plus. This job will require at least 60 hours per week. If you are a person who has wanted to own your own restaurant, this may be the fit.
Food and labor cost control experience required. Knowledge of Italian food preparation is also required.
