Locally owned Latin inspired downtown restaurant is looking for a Restaurant Manager. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, personable, and an excellent leader. This person will ensure efficient restaurant operation, staff productivity, and product quality while maintaining excellent customer service. It is our expectation for this individual to lead by example and motivate staff. The perfect candidate will be able to manage different personalities and organically jump in to all positions front of house. It is important for this individual to be a hard worker and have a positive attitude that will inspire staff. Must be available to work long hours, some nights and weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities include:
Take direction from chef/owner and general manager, execute tasks given promptly
Manage front of house team
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Supervise shifts, assess staff performance, and provide feedback
Product knowledge
Quality control of product going out to guests
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
