Additional Locations:Job DescriptionOwns the team/sprint backlog and sets priorities to deliver value based on customer roadmap and features.
Partner with Product Manager to ensure alignment to vision and purpose
Review, guide, and lead Business Analysts in requirements gathering and refinement
Configure, design and manage JIRA/Confluence pages in support of the project
Willingness to write and record business requirements
Remain aware of all areas of the project and the requirements progress
Provide test case review and approval
Lead meetings with stakeholders and requirements review sessions
Identify gaps in project plan and requirements
Consistently consider the customer point of view and member experience
Manage priority of work, which features should be developed and when
Offer advice and opinion on change management, marketing, and communication strategies
Escalate blockers, issues, or unexpected dependencies quickly
Create and present summaries, including pros/cons, of important decisions which are uncovered
Qualities
Strong communicator, ability to speak honestly to all areas and levels of management
Experience managing and building products with JIRA, Confluence
Knowledge of payments (ACH, Card, PayPal, etc.)
Ability to understand the dependencies and counterfactuals of design/business decisions
Willingness to question strategies and decisions
Comfort challenging business analysts to refine their requirements and user stories
Ability to quickly change topics and juggle multiple distinct focus areas
