We combine a consulting mindset with deep industry knowledge to develop innovative strategies, transform business models, and deliver cutting-edge capabilities to activate value and drive change across the organization. Drive project work forward and support strategy consulting engagements in alignment with expectations and timelines

Engage with senior team members to understand business needs, advise on strategic business decisions, and develop recommendations and solutions to address complex business challenges

Understand and anticipate key challenges and obstacles, problem solve, and develop strategies to mitigate barriers to project work

Own development of high-quality deliverables (accurate, visually appealing, grammatically correct, logically structured and formatted) such as landscape assessments, strategies, and business cases

Establish positive working relationships with team members and Enterprise Consulting customers to advance project work

Apply a consulting mindset and lens to navigate ambiguous or complex workstreams

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

3+ years of experience in related field.

In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field.

What We Like (preferred qualifications)

3 years of experience in management or strategy consulting

OR Master’s degree and 2 years of experience as stated above.

Experience applying consulting approaches and methodologies and engaging stakeholders

Experience designing, developing, and delivering high-quality deliverables for strategy, enterprise-wide transformation, and/or innovation projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including slide design and storyboarding

Ability to take initiative, demonstrate resourcefulness and ingenuity, and execute engagement activities with guidance from senior team members

Possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, ecosystem dynamics, and key stakeholders’ needs and priorities

Have direct internal or advisory work experience with healthcare payers

Are a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and is able to effectively balance multiple priorities

Can identify root causes, understand organizational context and drivers, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
