What You’ll Do:
Lead the construction, installation, and servicing of walk-in coolers, freezers, and commercial refrigeration units.
Diagnose and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.
Manage and train apprentices and junior technicians, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
Interact directly with clients, providing exceptional service and technical expertise.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, walk-in construction, and HVAC maintenance.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage job sites and mentor team members.
EPA certification and other relevant licenses (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
