What You’ll Do:
Assist in constructing and servicing walk-in coolers, freezers, and commercial refrigeration units.
Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems as needed.
Work alongside experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience in refrigeration installation and diagnostics.
Learn the technical skills required to troubleshoot and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
Follow safety protocols and ensure quality craftsmanship in every project.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in or recently completed a refrigeration or HVAC technical program.
Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems, tools, and mechanical components.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a desire to learn.
Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
What We Offer:
$18-$21/hour starting pay.
Flexible hours (25-35 per week).
