We currently are seeking to fill a full-time position for a Turnkey Site Development Company.
General Responsibilities:
This position will be to prepare site estimates for projects using desktop estimating software for owner review prior to submitting. You may need to attend pre-bid meetings, coordinate schedules and materials with field, subcontract work and attend progress meetings. Project Management will be expected to include working with crews to assist in material delivery, change orders, schedule of values and billings; projects vary in size up to in excess of $1M. Normal work hours will be 730-5; Monday to Friday. A company car is included as part of the compensation package.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university with a major in Construction Management, Engineering or other related field preferred.
Several years experience is required in preparing estimates, getting supplier pricing and ability to use takeoff software.
