Asphalt Experts, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to supervise the daily operations for asphalt construction projects
Responsibilities included, but not limited to the following:
Supervise Project Superintendents
Develop construction schedule
Ensure project quality
Meet with Clients
Generate Billings
Estimating, as needed
Review and approve AP invoices
Work with a variety of people to include inspectors, owners and subcontractors
Determine the type and quantity of equipment, materials and supplies needed for assigned projects; order supplies and materials
Education and Experience:
Previous experience as a Project Manager/ Estimator
Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential and roadway construction
A Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent work experience) and 5+ years on Commercial projects, is required
Working knowledge of MS Windows systems (Excel, Word, and Outlook), AIA Billing forms
