Growing cabinet refacing company seeking installers with at least 2 years of interior trim/finish carpentry skills. Previous experience with cabinets and refacing/refinishing is a plus but not required. We are seeking individuals with great work ethic, who can communicate and interact with customers in a professional manner, and who are able to work in a team environment. Will consider candidates without relevant experience if they are willing to learn and develop a new trade and skillset.
Pay will be based on experience. Must be authorized to work in the US (W2 employee).

Some of the job duties include:
Must be proficient with tools and working with your hands
Must be detail oriented and open to be trained with our processes
Previous experience with water-based paints and stains is helpful
Must possess great customer service skills
Must work within a team
Required to work more than 40 hours/week when needed
Must pass background check
Must be a NON-SMOKER – Smoking is not permitted on the job
Must have a valid NC Driver’s License with a clean record (no points)
