Growing cabinet refacing company seeking finisher/painter with at least 2 years of finishing experience. Previous experience with finishing/refinishing cabinets is a plus but not required. We are seeking individuals who possess a great work ethic, are detail-oriented, communicate in a professional manner, and can work in a team environment. Will consider candidates without relevant experience if they are willing to learn and develop a new trade and skillset.
Pay will be based on experience. Must be authorized to work in the US (W2 employee).

Some of the job duties include:
Must be proficient with tools and working with your hands.
Must be detail oriented and open to being trained in our processes.
Previous experience with water-based paints and stains is helpful.
Minimum 40 hours/week and required to work more than 40 hours/week when needed.
Must be a NON-SMOKER – Smoking is not permitted on the job.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience as a Wood Finisher.
Strong attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of staining and finishing techniques.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Good communication skills.
