As a BDC person, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their calls and emails with professionalism and exemplary customer service. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment is a must. Previous experience in BDC or in the powersports industry is a plus, but not required.
