Here's an example of how the numbers work out:
Let's say you've worked 20 fresh exclusive hot off the press DM (Direct Mail) leads for the week and close 5, which is average.
Let's say the monthly premium is $60 which is average.
The fresh exclusive DM leads are $37 each (and they're tax deductible also).
Here's what we'd be advanced:
$60 per sale x 5 sales x 12 months (AP) x 90% commission x 60% advance = $1944.00 in advanced commissions earned.
And our true profit from the advance would be:
$1944.00 - $740 (20 leads x $37 each) = $1204.00.
And since you received a 60% advance you'll get the other 40% more paid out evenly over months 8-12 after charge backs.
And the $740 lead investment is tax deductible. Most agents will have a $35,000+ tax deduction from their lead investment.
