Job Description:
No prior experience required! We provide comprehensive training.
Go door-to-door to set inspections, driven by the pursuit of excellence.
Scale rooftops to perform meticulous inspections.
Inspect and meticulously document property damage, capturing photos of stormdamage.
If significant damage is identified, assist homeowners in initiating the insurance claim process.
If minimal damage is found, advise homeowners to contact you after the next storm.
Expertly explain contingency agreements and secure signatures.
Collaborate with adjusters to secure roof approvals.
Facilitate the first check delivery and present homeowners with all availableoptions.
Skillfully complete the Pre-build Authorization Form, scheduling the build.
Manage and document the build process with attention to detail.
Collect deductible and upgrade checks upon completion of the build.
Deliver the final check to the homeowner.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure homeowner satisfaction and identifyareas for improvement.What We're Looking For:
