North Carolina Outside Sales Representative

This outside professional sales position will be responsible for prospecting, selling, developing and growing a client base of construction companies for one of top skilled trades staffing companies in the country. The qualified candidate will be an individual that is goal oriented, driven and organized. This sales job is for someone is aggressive, tenacious and enjoys compensated for their own success. This position will cover the state of NC.

Responsibilities:

Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the field through cold calling.construction sites and offices.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new accounts and ongoing account management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to stay relevant.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients and prospects

Ability to effectively manage a full sales cycle and guide multiple accounts simultaneously

Minimum 1 year staffing industry sales experience

Business to business sales experience a must.

This position offers base salary plus weekly commission. Monthly auto & mobile phone allowance. First year earning potential $60,000- 100,000K based on performance.
