I am searching for someone to help assist me with ordering, doing Google docs , emails, Invoicing etc. Need to know how to do Google sheets, Google drive etc
Quick books online experience would be beneficial but not mandatory. This job can primarily be done from a lap top at home but would require some in person time to visit job sites occasionally and spending time with the owner to learn day to day task especially in the onboarding phase. We have been in business Building Residential and commercial for 20 plus yrs and have grown each and every yr. Must have a positive outlook on things and a good attitude. Please reply to the email if interested. This position could be anywhere from 30 to 40 hours a week depending on the hire and experience. Would consider a part time position to the right person of 20 hours per week.
