Job summary:
-Conducting routine check ins with property residents
-Property maintenance
-Procure maintenance supplies
-Rotation for after hour emergencies
-Some travel between Hillsborough and Durham
Qualifications:
-3-5 years experience preferred
-Personal toolbox and hand tools
-Clean background check
-Strong communication skills
-Critical thinking
Pay:$20/hour
Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Monday- Friday
