We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Cary, NC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Analyze financial reports and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
