3 Years of cooking experience with at least 1 year in leadership role.
Extensive Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation Regulations including ServSafe Manager Certificate
Proven Leadership Skills in Managing Kitchen Staff
Strong Communication Skills for Coordination with Front-of-House Staff
Proficiency in Inventory Management and Cost Control
Experience with Minor Kitchen Equipment Maintenance and Repair
Creativity in Recipe Development and Menu Innovation
Time Management Skills to Ensure Efficient Kitchen Operations
Understanding of Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
Ability to Work Under Pressure and Adapt in a Fast-Paced Environment
Attention to Detail in Food Presentation and Plating
